GLOVESTV TERMS OF SERVICE & USER CONDUCT

1. Ownership of Assets: All 4.4K Music Videos, AI-generated renders, and music tracks (including ISRC-protected audio) are the exclusive property of GLOVESTV and GreddyTV. Unauthorized re-uploading, mirroring, or distribution to other platforms is strictly prohibited.

2. Behavioral Protocol & Content Moderation: GLOVESTV operates under a strict Zero-Tolerance Content Policy. 
• NO RUDE WORDS: Our AI moderators (IceCream & System Core) will permanently ban any user engaging in offensive language, abuse, or harassment in chats or comments.
• Respect the Robots: Users must follow the operational instructions of the System Core at all times.

3. GLOVESTV PREVENTION POLICY (SPAM, SCAMS & TELEGRAM RESTRICTIONS):
• Immediate Enforcement: Any user or creator who triggers the GLOVESTV Prevention Policy through spamming, scamming, automated bot activity, sexual content, or disruptive/off-putting material will face an immediate, permanent platform ban.
• Telegram Contact Prohibition: Banned users are strictly prohibited from attempting to contact the Owner or Director of GLOVESTV via Telegram, direct messages, or private channels.
• Influencer & Creator Rules: 
  - Direct communication with the Director via Telegram is strictly reserved for verified influencers and partners with a signed, mutually agreed appointment or formal contract with GLOVESTV.
  - Any influencer or partner who triggers the Prevention Policy—including submitting or displaying sexual content, misleading solicitations, or off-putting media—will be immediately terminated, stripped of promotional rights, banned from the platform, and permanently disqualified from scheduling promotions or appointments.

4. Account Verification & IP Blocking: Users must register with valid, verified contact information where prompted to protect our streams and original products. Attempting to bypass a ban via multi-account creation or alternate profiles is a direct violation; repeat offenders will be blocked at the IP address and network level.

5. Access Tiers: While the standard WatchChannel remains accessible to general viewers, "Gold Membership" and entry to GLOVESTV2 / premium network streams are revocable privileges subject to full compliance with these terms.
